Action heroes needed—The Children’s Ministry is looking to train the latest “action heroes” for young boys and girls from nursery age to sixth grade. You can be a mentor, hero, and friend for many of the children in our ministry, plus be a vital tool in the hand of God. God has a place for those of you who are willing to use your gifts and step into the harvest field. You are invited to apply by picking up a ministry packet from the Children’s Ministry table on Solomon’s Porch. For more info contact Pastor Doug Drake at (858)613-7800 ext. 125.

Parenting 101: Mission Impossible—Sunday, May 11. For parents of children 5 years or under and those considering becoming a parents. We will study Biblical instruction that trains the heart as well as behavior and how to integrate God into their lives. Different topics will be covered the second Sunday of month at 8:30am in room C-210.

Summer Enrichment program for K-8th—MCS is once again offering their popular Summer Enrichment program from June 30 through August 8. There will be two, three-week sessions and classes will be held mornings and afternoons, Monday-Friday at our 4S Ranch campus. Salt and Light Ministry—Join us this Saturday, May 10 as we discuss Biblical issues in government and pray for our legislators. God is doing exciting things. We meet the second Saturday of each month at 8:00pm in room C209. For info email salt.light.maranatha@cox.net.

Mending Hearts—Divorce is more than a legal settlement or dissolution, it is a tearing of the heart! You’re invited to attend “Mending Hearts,” our divorce and separation recovery workshop/support group which meets Saturdays, 6-7:30pm in room C-210 (2nd floor). 1st Tuesdays For Men—Come to the next 1st Tuesdays for Men meeting on May 6th at 7pm room C206. Pastor John Wickham will be sharing.

Men's Quarterly Breakfast—Join us June 14th at 7:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Pastor Ray will be reviewing the book "The Making of a Man of God" by Alan Redpath. Tickets available at the bookstore.
