Chocolate Toffee Cookies
 
Ingredients:
 
1 box Devil’s Food cake mix [18.25 oz]
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 crushed chocolate covered toffee candy [Heath bars]
 
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs and beat with an electric beater for 3 to 4 minutes, until well blended.

3. With a spoon, stir in the chopped candy.

4. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on to cookie sheets that have been coated with nonstick baking spray.

5. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cookies are firm. Do not overbake

6. Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
Makes 24 cookies – This recipe can be doubled.
