Isaac is entering his 10th year of full-time ministry with AIA, serving a global network of leaders in 85+ countries. AIA equips them to make disciples through sports in partnership with the local church. Isaac is passionate about reaching the unreached and is trusting God to fulfill the Great Commission by working in unity with the Global Church, where God is raising up disciples from every tribe, tongue, and nation to reach the world.

Since 2006, Bubba and Cathy have been serving in the field in Sudan, South Sudan and Jordan. In 2024 they relocated to Cozumel, Mexico, where their ministry continues to focus on Christ, Community and Church. Cathy runs a free weekly clinic that supports individuals living with chronic diseases. The Hoelzers are also involved in Marketplace Ministry at a local dive center.
