Church-Led Ministries

  • Every child in foster care has a story, and every story matters to God. Foster the City equips and supports church members to become support systems for foster families. In this, you can help by providing support for the loving homes where children are fostered. We’d love for you to join us.

  • Maranatha partners with Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child to bring the life-changing message of Jesus to children worldwide each Christmas season! This is a year-round engagement of participation from the body of the church.

Here’s how we make it happen:

-Shoebox Packing: Every year, our church family fills shoeboxes with toys, hygiene essentials, clothing, and most importantly, provides the Gospel literature.

-Church Wide Packing Party: Invitation open to our church and others. We join hands and hearts, becoming instruments of Jesus, and unite our community.

Let’s pack hope, share His love, and watch God do something extraordinary!

-Participate with the church community: share your blessings by gifting, donating items such as toys, hygiene essentials, school materials, and clothing.

This is a year-round sewing ministry to craft beautiful, hand-stitched skirts that are tucked into shoeboxes, bringing an extra touch of dignity and joy to each child.

The group meets 2nd Saturday of each month from 9 am to noon in the Fellowship Hall

  • Maranatha Marketplace Ministry exists to connect and strengthen believers who feel called to serve God through their careers. Our mission is to build up this part of the body of Christ by encouraging one another to approach work, family, and every area of life with a Kingdom mindset. We meet four times a year for large Saturday morning gatherings at 8:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Each gathering includes a compelling guest speaker who has faithfully honored God in their professional life, along with a Q&A and table discussions that create space to connect, reflect, and encourage one another.

Sign-ups open a few months before each gathering, and every event includes food and a book. Beyond these gatherings, we also offer small groups and discipleship/mentorship opportunities and would love to help you find a place to connect.
