Printing

Guidlines

In-house printing

The user-to-print service is intended for smaller, less complex print jobs—typically under 500 copies—including half or quarter sheets and small runs of 2-3 hole-punched packets. Users print directly from their computers using an installed print driver, with department-specific IDs used for tracking and accounting. Regular users will receive training on using the in-house copier’s features, including printing, cutting, and more. Shannon Kirby serves as the primary support contact, with additional assistance available from the in-house support team.

Outsourced printing

For larger or more complex printing needs, such as study guides, posters, flyers, and booklets, use the RB Print Pros service located nearby. Jobs are submitted through a digital order form, and requestors will communicate directly with the print shop. This option is ideal for specialty projects that require pre-planning and deliver higher-quality results. For support, contact Susan Humason or Mike Griffin.
