We have over 800 kids that attend our VBS. We group them into 4 color groups according to age, and then 20 breakout groups with ten kids in each group. We try to accommodate requests for pairing as much as possible, but we won’t group kids if the age disparity is more than two years apart.

Children must be at least 5 years old as of 9/1/26 in order to participate in VBS. We are not able to make age exceptions for eligibility for the main VBS program. However, we do have a mini VBS program for children of volunteers. If you would like your preschooler to participate in mini VBS, consider volunteering.

Refund request deadline is June 30, 2026.

The doors to the sanctuary will open at 8:30am each day.

When you pick up your child's VBS welcome packet and t-shirt, it will contain the check in tags for each child registered and a family security tag. The security tag must be presented for each child being picked up, so be sure to take a picture of that security tag and send it to the people you are authorizing to pick up your child.

Once our VBS limit is reached the waitlist will open. You may add your child to the waitlist and we will contact you if a space opens up. If you do not hear from us prior to the first day of VBS then unfortunately we were not able to accommodate your child this year.

For safety and security reasons, your child must be picked up between 12:15PM-12:30PM. You are welcome to come early and join us for the closing assembly in the sanctuary at 11:55AM.
